DeDe McGuire, the hardest working woman in radio. A trailblazer and industry leader who has been entertaining radio audiences for years. Entertaining, empowering, and enlightening are just a few words that describe the powerhouse media mogul. This talented and award winning personality is one of only a few women nationwide to have her own morning show. After co-hosting the nationally syndicated radio program “The Doug Banks Show”, DeDe now hosts her own nationally syndicated radio show, “DeDe in the Morning”, heard weekday mornings.

DeDe has appeared on CNN, FOX, Oxygen and BET and has interviewed world leaders from President Obama, to Hillary Clinton, to celebrities such as Jay Z and Beyonce. She is a philanthropist, community activist, mentor and volunteer. DeDe McGuire strives to continue being a popular media personality, strong working woman and entrepreneur.

She has been recognized within her industry and community. Dewayne Blaq

I was born and raised in Dallas Tx, where I developed a love for music at a very young age.

I use to always pretend that I had my own radio talk show as a kid. I would use my G.I Joe action figures as my audience. I started my radio career working for ABC Radio Group in the DFW area.

I moved to Tyler in October of 2003 and began at The Blaze in June of 2004.

I am a big Dallas Cowboy fan as well as a fan of the Mavericks. “I’m a fan of good music, If it’s hot, and the people are feeling it, I’m with it,”. My goal is to become a premier personality in the radio community.

#1 Virgo In East Texas

I came to East Texas In January 2000 and have been working for The Blaze ever since. I started as the nighttime jock, and now can be heard afternoons from 3pm - 7pm.

Earlier in my broadcasting career I was back-up DJ for the legendary "Geto Boys" and was a Studio Engineer for most of the South's biggest hits in the 90's.

Some of My Favorite Things:

Cooking. I love it! (especially Brown Stew Chicken)

Cars. Bentley Flying Spur (Oh, Man!!!!!)

Traveling. It's a must! (England, Spain, Germany, Virgin Islands, Mexico, Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, Bahamas...y'all get the picture...been there)

DJ Juice

What's up East Texas!? I really don't know any other way to put it besides, I eat, sleep & breathe everything Hip Hop and R&B. I've been DJing since I was l6!

I was born Jacksonville, FL but raised in the ATL (Decatur where it's Greater!). Talladega College is where I have the pleasure of saying I was reborn after pledging into the life-long brotherhood of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. "RQQ to the Bruhz"

Shortly after college in 2007, I had the pleasure of joining The Blaze family where I serve as not only a DJ but an on-air personality, digital and social media director, and internship coordinator. Call me the "Jock of all trades!".

With my time here at The Blaze I've had the ability to execute one of my biggest dreams of making a difference in the lives of our youth. Hence, creating "Juice 4 Kids" (Join Us In Creating Excellence 4 Kids), a non-profit organization for youth, dedicated to educational development and community outreach.

Stop what you're doing and go follow me on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram .. .I follow Back!
